Cheap Daily Drop-in Yoga classes also help provide opportunities when you want to learn yoga, but you can't be regular for a course. Experience authentic yoga classes with Himalayan yogis. Our daily Yoga classes include traditional Hatha Yoga and classical Kundalini sessions. We follow traditional yogi bhajan in the Kundalini session. This session focuses on Prana Kriyas (various breathing techniques). Each Prana Kriya is performed with different Vedic mantras. Various breathing techniques focus on awakening different chakras along with chanting mantras. The evening session focuses on Ashtanga Yoga with Himalayan Yoga Flow. Experience the Himalayan yogic flow. Our yoga sessions begin with mantra chanting, and each asana is cleared with its Sanskrit and Western name by the yoga instructor.

Discipline Rules For Students
Discipline Rules & Refund Policy
- ➢ Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited in the school.
- ➢ If you are having a fast any day, you have to inform the kitchen manager for avoiding food waste.
- ➢ Always maintain discipline, respect teachers, and follow all rules.
- ➢ Always be on time, you are late means you will not be permitted to join the class.
- ➢ Before departure from school return your books, maps or any goods which you borrowed.
- ➢ Yoga School provides accommodation for a student who joins yoga classes. So any of your loved ones (friends and family) members will not be included in the accommodation.
- ➢ Students have to present in all scheduled programs of Yoga School.
- ➢ An advance of course fees will not be refundable, only in the case of emergency students can join us on other schedules.
- ➢ In the situation where a student cancels the course, we accept cancellation but the advance deposit will not be refunded in cancellation.
